Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the conventional problem where because a cursor has to be moved to a specific area in order to perform a scroll operation, resulting in a large amount of finger movement for inconvenience in use, in an information processor having a touch pad. SOLUTION: This information processor having the touch pad is provided with an operation pressure detecting means that arranges a plurality of pressure sensors 3 around the hard touch pad 1 having an operation surface and detects horizontal pressing force to the touch pad 1, and a scroll decision/signal converting part which decides the strength and weakness of an output value of the operation pressure detecting means and the position of the outputting operation pressure detecting means, converts the strength and weakness of the position into a display image scroll signal and outputs the display image scroll signal.
