Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating binder having both high heat resistance and good soldering suitability. SOLUTION: This binder composition comprises (A) at least one kind of a blocked polyisocyanate prepared from (a) 40-60 wt.% of an organic polyisocyanate or an organic polyisocyanate mixture, (b) 5-25 wt.% of at least one kind of aspartic acid ester, (c) optionally 0.1-10 wt.% of a polyhydroxy compound having 62-3,000 g/mol molecular weight and (d) 25-45 wt.% of a blocking agent for NCO groups when the ratio of the unreacted isocyanate groups to the blocking agent is (1:0.8) to (1:2) and having a urea group and/or a hydantoin group and (B) at least one kind of hydroxy component having an ester group and/or an imide group and/or an amide group and/or a urethane group, (C) at least one kind of organic solvent and (D) optionally an auxiliary substance and/or an additive. |
