PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die for manufacturing a n aluminum extruding section with a fin capable of stably obtaining aluminum extruding sections with fins having a great thermal radiation efficiency and high tongs ratio when used as heat sinks, e.g. for personal computers or audio instruments since fluctuations of fin pitch and fin wall thickness are restrained. SOLUTION: The die for manufacturing aluminum extruding sections with fins is provided with a passage for forming a flat base mount 12, a parallel passage for forming fins 13, and No.1 die (11) and No.2 die 21 having a trailing disc wall portion (14) between like-passages for forming fins 13 and a cross rail for adjustment 23 of casting billet passed to the left to right side wall portions 26, 27 of the dead space 22 and opposed to an intermediate portion of the height of the passage 13 for all the fins forming of No.1 die 11 and at least one of cross fail hanging wall portions 24, and a convex section anti- traverse vibration of trailing disc wall portion 25 abutting the back surface of each trailing disc wall portion 14, projecting forward than the cross rail for adjustment 23 are provided in the dead space 22 for casting billet of No.2 die 21.
