SOLUTION: This formula feed is prepared from raw materials by formulating a processed food residue such as a bean-curd refuse or a brewer's grain with a liquid fertilizer prepared from a juice obtained by fermenting an organic substance, refuses of animals such as terrestrial animals or fisheries animals, a plant of the family such as Leguminosae, Compositae, Solanaceae or Cruciferae, wheat bran, rice bran, corn or other foods. The processed food residue such as the bean-curd refuse or brewer's grain which has been mostly disposed can effectively be utilized without disposing of the processed food residue. As a result, there are effects in which problems as the wastes and problems as the feed can be eliminated.
