Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch-temperature estimating device capable of obtaining information on a clutch temperature approximate to a practical clutch temperature, in spite of a low-cost device not using a temperature sensor. SOLUTION: The device comprises an energy-calculation means that finds manpower energy applied to an electronic control clutch from the difference in a clutch rotation speed and clutch transfer torque, and a clutch estimated- temperature calculation means that estimates a clutch temperature increasing and decreasing along with the passage of time in accordance with the found manpower energy, and finds a clutch estimated temperature based on the estimation of the temperature variation.
