PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable sure heating of a welding surface of a welded part of a molding rough material. SOLUTION: A method for welding a thermoplastic resin molding rough material comprises the steps of heating to soften the welded part 5 of at least one of two or more thermoplastic resin molding rough materials having the welded part 5 at least at the one of the rough materials, then contacting the part 5 with the rough material or the two or more parts 5 and 5 with each other, and welding the two or more rough materials. The method further comprises the steps of moving energizing heaters 8 and 28 formed so that a strip plate-like state is formed, at one side end face is substantially oppositely extended to the welding surface of the part 5, held by a holding means and heating by energizing or the rough materials, approaching thereby the heaters to the welding surface or contacting the heaters with the welding surface, and heating the welding surface.
