Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To activate the activity of cells of a scalp and to provide massaging effect, hair restoring effect, a dry feeling of hair, gloss appearance, and heat insulating or moisturizing effect by causing difference in respective emission degrees of far infrared rays, negative ions and faint current to bring portions of large emission degrees and portions of small emission degrees into existence in a hairbrush or always decreasing emission of the negative ions or the like. SOLUTION: In this hairbrush, a flat plate piece of silicone resin wherein tourmaline powder of 0.1-0.5 mm grain diameter and tourmaline fine powder of 38-90 μm grain diameter are added and kneaded, having a nearly same size as a bristling face of comb tooth groups or a slightly smaller size than that is fixed inside or outside a body part of a hairbrush body.
