PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently restrain heat generation of a cooling object under a low noise and low electric power consumption. SOLUTION: At least a run condition RS of the operation condition where a driving power value supplied to a cooler is upto the maximum efficiency output value of the driving power value in which a relation between an output of the cooler and the supplied driving power value gets most efficient is provided as the cooling condition of the cooler in this electronic equipment, and the run condition RS is positively used when the operation condition of the cooler is transited based on detected temperature information of the cooler. The electronic equipment operation-controls the cooler, using not only the temperature information of the cooler but also load factor information of the cooler and history information about a utilized use of the cooling object, in the each operation condition of the cooler.
