PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relatively simple sheet feeder surely preventing the double feeding and completely eliminating rubbing of a sheet. SOLUTION: After the position of a suction pad 3 is adjusted by horizontally and vertically moved and adjusted by a position adjusting means comprising a horizontal movement actuator 5, a vertical movement actuator 7, etc., and sucks both ends of one side of a topmost circuit board 2 of the stacked sheets 2 on a rack 1, the suction pad turns over the both sucked ends of the sheet toward the central surface or its adjacency of the planar face of the circuit board 2. The suction pad 3 sucks and turns over the circuit board 2 toward the circuit board central part surface or its adjacency so as to make the lengths from the corner part to the both sides adjacent to the corner parts in the both ends of one side of the circuit board almost the same, so that the double feeding can be surely prevented. This constitution can eliminate the rubbing with the adjacent circuit board after sucking the circuit board 2 and also eliminate the rubbing between a part of a device such as a circuit board separating device like the suction pad 3 of the rack 1 and the circuit board 2.
