Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can securely and adequately gather visit history information by tourist resorts and users and properly grasp the action patterns of sightseers moving by car. SOLUTION: A user who visits a tourist resort by car sends his or her identification information (hereinafter 'ID') from an on-vehicle communication device 4 to a roadside communication device 1 by DSRC road vehicle communication. The roadside communication device 1 sends visit history information including the received user ID and its installation point information to a history managing device 2. One or more roadside communication devices 1 are provided in a parking lot, etc., of a tourist resort and the unique number of the parking lot, etc., is used as the installation point information. The history managing device 2 having received the visit history information manages the visit history information by user ID's.
