SOLUTION: One end 51a of a hollow member 51 is connected to an air valve 47 for filling a tire 42 with air, and a detection and transmission unit 52 for detecting the air pressure of a tire 42 and for transmitting the pressure information to the outside is connected to the other end 51b of the hollow member 51, and this detection and transmission unit 52 is fitted to a hub 44 of a wheel 41.
