PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control and supervisory method that uses a mobile Internet terminal such as a mobile phone or a personal digital assistant(PDA) so as to efficiently control devices to be controlled such as house electric appliances and supervise a state of the devices to be controlled. SOLUTION: In order to attain the purposes above, this invention provides a transmitter that transmits a wireless call signal along with a specific signal on the opportunity of receiving the signal through the Internet, a receiver that receives the wireless call signal to analyze and process a control text included in the signal, the devices to be controlled that conduct a prescribed operation by an instruction from the receiver, a reply device that transmits the wireless calling signal and the specific signal with respect to a specific telephone number according to an instruction from the devices to be controlled, a mobile Internet terminal that displays a menu on which specific information included in the signal received from the reply device as character information and a series of methods for providing the devices above as one service.
