Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cap with a valve and a bottle with a valve, which are simple in structure, require small number of parts, simple to process and assemble and inexpensive. SOLUTION: The cap with a valve comprises a magnet 46 placed in the vicinity of a liquid passage 40 and a valve element 42 comprising a magnetic material and attracted in one direction by magnetic attraction caused between the magnet 46 and itself. The magnet 46 and the valve element 42 constitute a valve, wherein the valve element 42 is attracted to the magnet 46 by the magnetic attraction, thereby cutting a flow of a liquid in the liquid passage 40, while the valve element 42 is pressed from the outside whereby it can move against the magnetic attraction. The bottle with a valve comprises this cap mounted on a mouth 34 of a bottle 32.
