PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding tool capable of molding a sheet-like member and simultaneously performing an operation to trim a part crowded out to the outer periphery of the member by cutting and perforate an opening at a desired position. SOLUTION: A bottom force is fixed at the upper part of a lower platen, a die with a through hole perforated therein is buried in the bottom force and a through hole penetrating the bottom force is perforated at the lower part of the through hole in the die. In addition, an upper platen is arranged above the bottom force, a cylinder is suspended from the lower part of the upper platen, and a hot blade for trimming is suspended from the lower part of the cylinder. Further, a support frame is installed in the lower part center of the upper platen, the top force with a through hole perforated therein is fixed to the lower part of the support frame and a cylinder is suspended from the lower part of the upper platen, with a punch fitted loosely, in such a way that it is freely movable in the through hole of the top force, which is connected to the lower end of the cylinder.
