Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaner which can wipe a magneto-optical disk or an optical disk contained in a cartridge without leaving wipe residues and carry out scratch cleaning of the disk in the radial direction with a fixed contact pressure automatically and with a simple operation. SOLUTION: The cleaner is provided with: a floor plate to which a magneto- optical disk or an optical disk contained in a cartridge is loaded; and a cap body which is opened and closed relative to the floor plate and operates a wiping member. In a hollow inside the cap body, there are provided: a single direction rotation bearing part provided with a passive movement lever; a member which is engaged with the passive movement lever, equipped with wiping material at the front end and carries out reciprocating linear movements; and a movable guide mechanism which is engaged with the member which carries out reciprocating linear movement and floats the tip part of the member which carries out the reciprocating linear movement at the time of the double movement. By operation of the manual rotating part disposed on the upper surface of the cap body, the wiping material performs individual operations of floating radial recovery movement, descent, and radial scratch cleaning to the optical disk. |
