Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road pricing system enabling the traffic volume in a restricted area to correspond to its environmental condition, by changing the amount of a toll corresponding to the environmental condition in the restricted area. SOLUTION: In this toll accounting method of the road pricing system for collecting the toll when a vehicle enters the restricted area, the environmental condition in the restricted area is measured, and vehicle information characteristic to the vehicle is detected, and the toll is increased or decreased corresponding to the measured environmental condition in the restricted area and the detected vehicle information.
