Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various services regarding medical treatment by connecting a plurality of medical institutions with a medical application service provider being a new medical treatment support institution via a general communication line (including the Internet network). SOLUTION: In this system for transmitting and receiving medical treatment information between medical application service provider(MASP) 2 and terminal devices 4-1 to 4-4 which are connected via the communication line 3, the MASP performs medical treatment data processing, in response to a request from the terminal devices of the medical institution and returns the processing results to the terminal devices of the medical institution.
