Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin cooling apparatus for manufacturing toner having stable quality by improving the heat conductivity to the interior of a resin at the time of cooling of a molten resin to enable the high speed cooling of the resin and preventing the re-flocculation of the resin component. SOLUTION: The molten resin discharged from the discharge port of a front stage kneader is passed through a resin heating hopper 11 to be sent into a nozzle 17 by a resin feed pump 14 and passed through the nozzle leading end gap and the gap between the nozzle leading end gap and a cylindrical rotary body 19 to be transferred to a cylindrical rotary body 19 to be discharged while cooled and solidified by the cooling circulating liquid 20 of the cylindrical rotary body.
