PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintering setter that does not affect the sintering behavior of ceramic electronic parts mounted on the setter. SOLUTION: This sintering setter 10 is formed into a honeycomb structure such that plural air passable cells 11 are formed by partitioning the whole length of the setter 10 at the pitch (p) of 0.5-5.0 mm with partition walls 11b each of which has 0.05-1.0 mm thickness from the front side 12a of the electronic parts mounting surface of the setter 10 in the thickness direction of the setter 10. The setter 10 can be placed in a floated state by arranging support members 13 on the rear side 12b.
