PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system realizing the exchange of service points of credit cards, house cards and suchlike of different issuing entity. SOLUTION: This system realizes the exchange of service points with the installation of a service point information storage section that receives and stores the exchange service point information including types and amounts of service points expected to be exchanged and the information on service point owners, an exchange rate database that stores the types of exchangeable service points and their exchange rates, a service point database that stores type and amounts of exchangeable service points and the information on the owner, a service point exchange determination section that retrieves the service point database and the exchange rate database based on the information stored in the service point information storage section and determines the type and the amount of exchangeable service point and its owner, and an output section that outputs the type of service point, the owner of the service point and the number of service point determined by the service point exchange determination means.
