SOLUTION: A main computer 1 receives the entries of various information from a personal computer(PC) 2 in a production section, PC 6 in a technology section or PC 8 in a quality guarantee section, performs problem extracting processing or the like on the basis of information retrieved from an intra-office database server 5, displays the result and records it in a trend database 3 or outputs required information to the other section. The PC 6 in the technology section adjusts a problem on the basis of information inputted through an intra- office LAN 4 and performs supporting processing for solving the problem. The PC 8 in the quality guarantee section adjusts a problem on the basis of information inputted through the intra-office LAN 4 and determines the change contents of an examination method or saves a change history.
