PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parting member for footing capable of supporting both the upper end portion and the lower end portion with a simple configuration without deforming to upsetting or rattling even though an external force acts on the parting member for footing. SOLUTION: A fixing piece 2 is formed at the top end portion of the parting member 1 for footing. A leg portion member 5 having a front leg piece 3 and a rear leg piece 4 is installed to the rear surface of the lower end portion of the parting member 1 for footing by a linking means. A fixing piece 2 at the upper end portion of the parting member 1 for footing is fixed by a fixing piece 9 to the lower end portion of the exterior wall panel 8 arranged above the footing 7, and a gap 10 between the footing 7 and the exterior wall panel 8 is concealed. The lower end portion of the front leg piece 3 of the leg portion member 5 installed to the lower end portion of the rear surface of the parting member 1 for footing is placed near the outdoor side of the top surface of the footing 7 and brought into contact, and the lower end portion of the rear leg piece 4 is placed to a position apart from the outdoor side of the top surface of the footing 7 and brought into contact.
