Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple power conversion mechanism capable of converting power efficiently and a cutter drive mechanism provided with the same. SOLUTION: This power conversion mechanism is provided with a crank disc 460 provided with an eccentric pin 463 on an end face on one side and a cam groove 462 on an end face on the other side to rotate, a crank arm 490 having a long hole 492 engaging with the eccentric pin 463 and constituting an oscillation crank mechanism between the crank disc 460 and it, and a cam follower 47 having a cam projection 472 engaging with the cam groove 462 and constituting an end face cam mechanism between the crank disc 460 and it to output power inputted from a drive source to the crank arm 490 and the cam follower 470 by branching it.
