SOLUTION: A streaming server 3 has streaming data 3a-3n for each program. A program main body and an advertisement are created in advance as one program in each of the streaming data 3a-3n. For example, an advertisement (commercial) video and audio data are inserted to the head, the end of the program or on the way of the program. A Web server 2 supplies a home page including a served program name and a program selection menu or the like to a viewer terminal 1. When the viewer selects and designates a program, the Web server 2 allows a streaming server 3 to distribute the designated program to the viewer terminal 1 requesting the program. The viewer terminal 1 uses a stream reproduction software program 1b to sequentially reproduce the distributed streaming data 3a-3n while receiving them.
