Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comparatively surely inform members, who are needed to be informed, of a change in a schedule or the like by minimum labor when the schedule, etc., is changed in a network environment allowing plural members to share schedule information. SOLUTION: A group ware server 181 receives the setting of schedule information shared by plural previously registered members. A web server 183 transmits the schedule information to the terminal of each member as table picture data in accordance with an access from the terminal. When a schedule is set, a mail server 185 informs members, who are needed to be informed, of the setting of the schedule in accordance with a previously determined condition by a direct transmission type electronic mail or character message communication to portable information equipment owned by the member concerned.
