Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an effective volume by providing indoor lamps each for illuminating in cold storage chamber so as not to project the lamps into the chamber. SOLUTION: An electric refrigerator comprises a pair of recesses 13a recessed rearward in a duct cover 9 at both right and left sides of a blower for the cold storage chamber having a crossflow fan 12b, and the indoor lamps 13 provided in the recesses 13. In this case, the lamps 13 may not project to a front surface in the cold storage chamber 3.
