Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a packaged plaster which can be manufactured by mechanical equipment without providing a release paper, a sucking- carrying device which is suitable for performing the manufacturing method, and a separating-pasting device for a tacky sheet. SOLUTION: After peeling a carrier paper, on the tacky surface of the tacky sheet 3, the mount 27 for cutting, wherein a dividing line is formed in the longitudinal direction, is pasted, and the tacky sheet 3 is cut into a plaster form. Then, the tacky sheet 3 is sucked to a linearly advancing section 18 on the right side of a carrying device 12 for the tacky sheet. Then, the mount 27 for cutting is divided by guiding the mount 27 diagonally outward from the dividing line, and is peeled from the tacky sheet 3. At the linearly advancing section 18 on the left side, a pad 4 being fed by a pad carrying device 13 is pasted on the tacky sheet 3, and the plaster 1 is formed. Then, at a circumferential section 19 on the lower side, the plaster 1 is pasted on a long-sized packaging paper 2. Then, the plaster 1 and the packaging paper 2 are folded, and the packaging paper 2 is bonded, and thus, the packaged plaster 1 is formed.
