Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device for an article of large bulk capable of automatically performing operations from carrying-in of the article of a large bulk to be cut through cutting and separation thereof upto carrying-out thereof, and of constructing a series of lines by making carrying lines in pre- and post- stages connectable in a multidirectional direction. SOLUTION: This cutting device for the article of large bulk cuts, divides and carries the article in order to recycle article of large bulk of a home electric appliance such as a refrigerator, washing machine, etc. The cutting device for an article of a large bulk cuts the article to be cut by making the article pass through the device, while pressing the article carried on a feeding device. After completion of cutting, the cut article is released from pressure, and divided. The divided cut articles are carried separately in an extending direction of a traveling direction or an approximately orthogonal direction to the traveling direction.
