PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm a kind and an insertion position of an electric wire to be inserted into a connector. SOLUTION: As for a frame jig 10 for the connector, a hole part 11d is installed at every position to oppose to respective cavity Ca of the connector C retained at a concave part 11b at a surrounding edge part 11c of the concave part 11b of an upper face 11a of a block shaped holder 11, and recessed parts 11g are installed at side faces 11e, 11f, and a sample electric wire S of the same kind as a mounted object is inserted into the hole part 11d opposing to an insertion cavity Ca of an electric wire D of the said kind, and the other end part is made to position in the recessed part 11g, and a locking piece 12 is fitted and locked. An operator confirms the kind of electric wire and a mounting position by the sample electric wire S, and performs insertion and mounting work of the electric wire.
