PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor the abnormality of electric and mechanical facilities by temperature by using an AI temperature sensor which is inexpensive and can measure temperatures at multiple points, to simultaneously save energy and control demand, to make down-loadable environment data for maintaining environment specification at a remote place by connecting a public telephone line, to automatically report an abnormality to a person to whom a notice is obliged when an abnormality has occurred in the temperature abnormality monitoring facility and to permit the person to whom the notice is obliged to recognize data history until the occurrence of the abnormality. SOLUTION: The wires of the AI temperature sensors 10 are stretched on the same wire bus system 12 in a network shape and are combined so that the temperatures of the temperature abnormality monitoring facility 2, a temperature abnormality monitoring facility constitution material 3, a temperature space object 4 and a facility 16 being the object of AI energy saving can be measured. The system is connected to a public telephone line 13, a program is version-upped and data is down-loaded. When abnormality occurs, it is automatically informed to the person 24 to whom the notice is obliged. The history of data to the occurrence of abnormality are automatically transferred to necessary places.
