Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door structure for an automobile suppressing the vibration of a door glass and improving the door closing sound in opening/closing the door without increasing the weight. SOLUTION: A resin foam glass holder 10 is clamped and held between a door outer panel 3 and a door inner panel 4, a glass side fitting part 8 is projected to a channel A of a regulator provided in the bottom end of the door glass, and a fitting recess groove 20 clamping the glass side fitting part 8 in the bottom dead center of the door glass is provided. The glass holder 10 formed of the resin foam with a superior vibration absorbing performance is clamped and held between the door outer panel 3 and the door inner panel 4 so that the rigidity strengths of the door outer panel 3 and the door inner panel 4 are secured to improve the door closing sound. In the bottom dead center, the glass side fitting part 8 is clamped and held by the fitting recess part 20 of the glass holder 10 to suppress the vibration and noise of the door glass 5 in opening/closing of the door.
