Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water quality controller of a sewage treatment plant capable of sufficiently grasping the characteristics of the water quality process of the sewage treatment plant and accurately controlling water quality. SOLUTION: Flow-in sewage data from a disturbance sensor 16, treating water data from water quality state sensors 171-175 and a manipulated variables from actuators 181-186 are inputted to a process value storage means 2 and stored. A process model is constructed in a sewage treatment process model identification means 3 based on information from the process value storage means 2. In an optimum manipulated variable decision means 4, the optimum manipulated variable of the actuators is obtained based on the flow-in sewage data and the treating water data by using the process model from the sewage treatment process model identification means 3. |
