Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make effective use of a storage area inside an image memory by making the number of using image memories one, and at the same time, to provide an image processor with a small size and a low manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The image processor 7 is constituted to have one image memory 13, a memory control means 10, a control circuit 11, an AD converter 12, a DA converter 16, a decoder 14 and a character generator 15. A storage area of the image memory 13 is divided into two storage areas, one is the first storage area and the other is the second storage area, and image data of information symbol images and information character images are recorded respectively in each storage area. And in the memory control means 10, a differential value between a leading address and a changeover address of the second storage area is set as an offset address, when the image data of the first storage area is read out, a reference address is outputted, and when the image data of the second storage area is read out, an added address that is added the reference address and the offset address is outputted. |
