Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a reflection type liquid crystal display device which has high luminance and high picture quality. SOLUTION: The reflection type liquid crystal display device is composed of a driving circuit board where a reflection electrode is formed, a transparent substrate, and a liquid crystal composition sandwiched between the driving circuit board and transparent substrate and is provided with a 1st light shield film which covers and shields a semiconductor element on the driving circuit board so that no light is made incident on the semiconductor element and a 2nd light shielding film which covers the gap between reflection electrodes. |
