Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic system, a diagnostic method and a recording medium for network traffic by which a diagnostic report of user network traffic can be acquired at a low cost a readily and in a short time. SOLUTION: A diagnosis center 200 uses an input output device 210, to transmit a measurement software program 262 to a user 100 via a network 300, and uses the input output device to receive measurement data 272 sent from the user via the network and stores the data to a data storage section 220; a data analysis section 230 reads the measurement data 272 from the data storage section and analyzes the data, generates an analysis result report, and registers the report to the data storage section; and the input output device reads the analysis result report from the data storage section and transmits the report to the user via the network.
