Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air tightness testing device of piping and a vessel capable of determining automatically with high precision and high efficiency. SOLUTION: Compressed air is supplied by an air compressor 3 into a work 1a to be tested and a pressure proof test is executed, and then a process for depressurizing the inside of the work 1a to be tested by a vacuum pump 2 is added, and the degree of vacuum in the test space kept in the depressurized state is measured by a vacuum pressure sensor 5, to thereby execute the air tightness test of the work 1a to be tested. Hereby, temperature dependency of the pressure by gas molecules in the test space is reduce, to improve determination precision of the air tightness test. A work 1b to be tested is similarly tested in parallel with a time difference.
