Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noises while heightening fully a total pressure of a blower having a plurality of air blast ports. SOLUTION: A diffuser 115 extending to the downstream side of an air flow from near an outside diameter of the centrifugal type fan 111 over the whole circumference is mounted on the outside diameter side of the centrifugal type fan 111. Thereby the air blasted out of the fan 111 is converted into a static pressure from dynamic pressure while being straightened by the diffuser 115 and then the air can be run stably into the air outlet 114 side without disturbing the air flow for controlling generation of noises while heightening fully the total pressure of the blower 110.
