SOLUTION: Terminal devices 11 of commodity or service providers 10, a server 21, and a terminal device 31 of a person 30 who makes reservations which can be connected to the Internet 3 are provided, and the terminal device 11 sends reservation data including the contents of a commodity or a service to be reserved or its cancel report, and the server receives reservation data or the cancel report and automatically delivers it to the terminal device of a corresponding provider and gives points to the person 30 in accordance with reservation contents and transmits the number of these points and the total number of points to the terminal device of the person 30 or subtracts the number of penalty points larger than the number of points, which have been given to the person 30 and correspond to reservations, from the total number of points in accordance with the contents of the cancel report and transmits the number of penalty points and the total number of points after this subtraction to the terminal device of the person 3.
