Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of analyzing to a reliable degree the strength of a resin product obtained by vibration-welding fiber-reinforced resin molds to each other. SOLUTION: The processes executed in the method, include S1: a test piece 4 reinforced by fiber 2, is used to obtain an observed diagram information on stress distortion 6 at every typical angle in the directions of main orientations. S2: resin flow and fiber orientation models are applied to compute the distribution of the directions 10 of main orientations and to compute the distribution of the directions 10 of main orientations and Young's moduli, in the directions which intersect the directions 10 of main orientations at right angles. S3: the Young's moduli, obtained in the process S2 and the stress-distortion observed diagram information 6 are used to obtain stress-distortion estimated diagram information 12 and 14 at each section in the resin molds. S4: stress-distortion observed diagram information 18 and 20 at a vibration- welded part 16 is obtained. S5: external force information added to the resin product 22, the stress-distortion diagram information estimated in the process S3, and the stress-distortion observed diagram information at the vibration-welded part 16 obtained in the process S4 are used to execute a finite element method. |
