Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the coining cost of the coining which requires the accuracy of the micron order. SOLUTION: A die base 14 which is smaller than an intended die shape by the film thickness of a hard film 16 is manufactured by a die manufacturer, a coining die 12 of the intended shape is formed by coating a CrN hard film 16 on the die base 14 by a surface treatment manufacturer, and the coning is implemented untill reaching the reproduction number determined so that the wear of the coining die 12 is smaller than the thickness of the hard film 16 by a parts manufacturer. The hard film 16 is removed from the coining die 12 by the surface treatment manufacturer, another hard film 16 is re-coated by using the same die base 14 again, and the die base is returned to the parts manufacturer and used in the coining. |
