SOLUTION: This system operates under conditions provided with the terminal devices 11 of plural persons desiring selling 10, which are connectable to the Internet 3, a server 21 and a terminal device 31 of a person desiring purchase 30. The terminal device of the person desiring purchase can set purchase condition data, including at least a merchandise name which the purchase desiring person desires to purchase and its purchase desired price and can send the data to the server via the Internet. The server receives the purchase condition data and automatically distributes the purchase condition data to the terminal device of single or plural persons desiring selling which can satisfy the condition. The terminal device of the purchase desiring person receives the purchase condition data and can transmit answering data, including service data to the effect, that not only are the purchase conditions satisfied but additional services can also be provided to the server.
