PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slaughtering facility and a method, for treatment in which a stunning and syncopic position is calculated by using an image processing technique and the stunning treatment can automatically be carried out, and further a slaughtering treatment facility and a method for treatment in which the treatment from introduction of livestock to discharge of the treated livestock to a pedestal including immobilizing treatment, vacuum blood collecting and injection of a blood anticoagulant liquid can fully automatically be performed. SOLUTION: This slaughtering treatment facility comprises a stunning box 100 which is a place for restraining the livestock and performing slaughtering treatment, an image analyzer 200 for picking up an image of the head of the livestock and calculating the stunning and syncopic position by image analysis, a stunning device 300 for carrying out the stunning treatment in the calculated stunning and syncopic position, an immobilizing device 400 for performing an immobilizing treatment in order to prevent the syncopic livestock from suddenly moving the limbs, a vacuum blood collecting device 500 for cutting blood vessels with a vacuum knife just after the immobilizing treatment and carrying out the bleeding and a facility controller 900 for monitoring the whole facility and controlling the operations.
