Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detector for a printed-circuit board which can deal with various printed-circuit boards by one kind of a bracket and which can variably adjust their detection positions (X, Y, Z). SOLUTION: A photoelectric sensor 8 which comprises a spherical protrusion in a part of a photoelectric sensor body, a bracket 9 in which a bonding hole 9a to hold a spherical part 8a at the protrusion is formed, a lock bolt 10 which is installed in a position adjacent to the bonding hole 9a and which is used to adjust the detection position of the photoelectric sensor 8, the spherical part 8a which comprises graduations printed in the center of the protrusion and the bracket 9 which comprises graduations printed near the bonding hole 9a, constitute the detector. The bracket 9 of one kind can deal with the various printed-circuit boards. The lock bolt 10 which is attached to the bracket 9 is loosened, the fixation of the spherical part 8a at the photoelectric sensor 8 to the bonding hole 9a of the bracket 9 is released, and the detection positions (X, Y, Z) can be variably adjusted. When spherical-part graduations 8b on the side of the photoelectric sensor body and bonding-hole graduations 9b on the side of the bracket are used, their original detection positions can be reproduced.
