Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stress analyzing method capable of exactly predicting the stress characteristics such as load-flexu characteristics or stress distribution of a molded article. SOLUTION: When analyzing the stress of a seat pad 10 for automobile, the density of an element such as real seat pad 10 constituting a surface layer part 21 of a stress analytic model 20 is set higher than the density of an element constituting an internal core part 22, a stress/distortion curve for each of density of the seat pad 10 is previously found by measurement and made into database and while using material constants provided from these data, the load-flexu characteristics and stress distribution of the seat pad 10 are analyzed.
