PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a moisturizer composition for clean hot water used outside the bathtub which shows excellent heat-insulting effect and skin-drying ameliorative effect on the skin, gives the moist touch without giving the greasy touch to the skin after bathing even when the skin is not rinsed and further exhibits excellent effects of ameliorating an itch or eczema on the skin and preventing the skin from the crisis. SOLUTION: This moisturizer composition for clean hot water used outside the bathtub is obtained by including (A) at least one kind of substances selected from the ceramides represented by the general formula (1) (wherein, R1 and R2 show each an 8-26C straight chain or branched chain saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group which may be substituted by one or more hydroxyl groups.) and the ceramide analogs represented by the general formula (2) (wherein, R3 shows a 10-26C straight chain or branched chain saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group, and R4 shows a 9-25C straight chain or branched chain saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group.) and (B) an extract obtained by extracting Eucalyptus globulus Lacbillardiere or its related plants (Myrtaceae) with at least one kind of solvents selected from water or water-soluble organic solvents.
