Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe work space by enclosing a bed periphery by forming a horizontal floor in a passage to the therapeutic bed and a radioactive ray irradiator regardless of a rotation setting position of a radioactive ray irradiating part. SOLUTION: A rotary passage of the radioactive ray irradiator 5 is sandwiched by fixed side and moving side ring rails 24 and 25, a caterpillar 1 is composed of divided three parts, caterpillars A, B and C, a driving cylinder 4 is arranged for drawing near and sending out the caterpillar A or B in synchronism with a turning angle of this radioactive ray irradiator 5, an opening between the caterpillars A and C or between B and C divided by drawing to this side the caterpillar A or B, has a winding cover 36 (a drawing 3). The horizontal floor can be arranged up to the just vicinity of the therapeutic bed, and since a rotary gantry inner peripheral surface can be closely covered, a space for performing safe medical work and imparting no sense of fear by an elevated spot to a patient can be formed.
