Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new composition affording the stable settling of useful microorganisms on plant rhizosphere, to provide a method for settling such microorganisms, to provide a new composition having stable growth promotive effect of such microorganisms even in soil and having soil disease injury- controlling effect, and to provide a method for realizing the above effects. SOLUTION: This composition is designed to settle useful microorganisms it a plant rhizosphere containing microorganisms belonging to Klebsiella pneumoniae. The 2nd objective method is intended to settle useful microorganisms in a plant rhizosphere by including microorganisms belonging to Klebsiella pneumoniae together with the useful microorganisms in the plant rhizosphere. The 3rd objective plant growth promotive/soil disease injury- controlling agent comprises Pseudomonas fluorescens S272 strain (FER P-16962) and Klebsiella pneumoniae H12 strain (FERM P-17590). The 4th objective method for plant growth promotion/soil disease injury control comprises including FERM P-16962 and FERM P-17590 in a plant rhizosphere. |
