PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a trouble required for mounting work, a large number of part items and cost increase as the automobile parts are mounted on a car body by using two pieces of clips. SOLUTION: This is a mounting device of automobile parts to mount the automobile parts on a car body by press-fitting the clips 4 previously mounted on the automobile parts such as a sunvisor 3, etc., in an engagement hole 1a opened on the car body, the clip 4 is constituted of a mounting plate 4a on which a plural number of screw holes 4c are opened and a clip part 4b projectively provided from the mounting plate 4a, the clip 4 is mounted on the automobile part by a fixture 7 inserted into each of the screw holes 4c of the mounting plate 4, the clip part 4b of the clip 4 is press-fitted in the engagement hole 1a of the car body, and the automobile parts are mounted on the car body. The automobile parts on the car body can be mounted by one piece of the clip 4, so that part mounting is easy the number of the part items reduces and the cost lowers.
