Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko slot machine with which playing can be continuously performed by automatically feeding game medals remaining in a medal cup. SOLUTION: This machine is provided with a medal take-out mechanism part 37 for taking out the game medals 42 from a prescribed part inside the medal cup 13 for gathering the game medals 42 paid out from a medal payout port 12 and supplying them one by one, a medal lifter 24 installed at a position where upper and lower end parts are respectively close to a medal feeding part 44d and the medal cup 13 for successively fetching the game medals 42 sent from the medal take-out mechanism part 37 to plural medal receiving parts 41f and transferring them upwards while holding them, chute parts 43c and 44c for leading the game medals 42 transferred to the upper end part of the medal lifter 24 to the medal feeding parts 43d and 44d, and a medal detection sensor 61 for detecting the game medals 42 fed to the medal feeding parts 43d and 44d.
