Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform positive and negative withstand voltage test, without having to change the connection of the rectifier of combined short-circuit testing equipment. SOLUTION: The output terminal of a voltage source circuit 16 is connected across the poles of a breaker 7 to be tested, and rated voltage and a rated breaking current connect the poles of a parallel breaker 17, other than the breaker 7 to be tested in parallel, and the parallel breaker 17 is brought to an open state, to apply an output voltage to the breaker 7 to be tested from the voltage source circuit 16.
